Steps to apply Permanent Residency (189/190)

ACS – https://www.acs.org.au/# – $ 475 (6-8 weeks)
Engineers Australia – https://www.engineersaustralia.org.au/For-Migrants/Migration-SkillsAssessment – $ 800 (2-6 months) / $1166 for fast track (30 working days)
2. Pte score – 79+ in all modules – booking from here – $330 (20 pr points)
– 65+ in all modules (10 pr points)
3. Lodge expression of interest from here and wait till you get an invite – free

4. Wait till you receive an email from NSW or any state gov whichever you have applied for. Reply to them and upload the docs – skill assessment, transcript and degree, and pte score with cv within 14 days – $330 (step 4 is not required for 189 visa applications)
5. Wait for the invite from DIbp and once you receive the invite, without delaying the process start the application for the invited visa by creating Immi account within 60 days– $3700

6. Apply for pcc – police character/ clearance certificate from vsf service of your consulate or if you are in your country get it from the concerned authorities – $69 + 15 for photographs (5-45 days)

7. Generate HAP ID from your immi account and then apply for medical – $80 (1-2 day)

8. Attach all documents under attachments in your immi account along with pcc and Mecial info as follows:

Now wait for allotment of Case officer and the visa grant!!!
Time = Min 4 months , Max – depends on your pr points and documents.
